DoC’s goal is to inform the public of the illegal action of the US Department of Justice to persecute medical professionals in order to confiscate their hard-earned assets. This is done through the illegal interpretation of the Controlled Substance Act, written to attack Drug Cartels, but then turned on doctors as a result of being ineffective in the War on Drugs. Since opiolds are not the cause of drug abuse, the attacks on doctors is just as ineffective, but it has now become a method of job security and income for unethical US Attorneys, DEA agents and other government agencies.
